Nest is a personal finance tracking and planning tool. Nest does not provide banking, brokerage, tax, legal, or investment advisory services.

You agree to use Nest only for lawful purposes, provide truthful information, and maintain backups or records needed for your own accounting and compliance.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse Nest, interfere with security controls, scrape or reverse engineer prohibited components, introduce malware, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

Integrations (for example Google/Gmail) are optional and governed by your authorization and third-party terms/policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or actions.
